Retinol participates in protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism, strengthens the immune system. Supports the protective functions of the skin, accelerating the renewal process: increases the activity of enzymes, restores elasticity, reduces the depth of wrinkles. Vitamin C has a wide spectrum of action: it stimulates collagen synthesis, which means it is suitable for mature aging skin, as well as for everyone who suffers from loss of elasticity and wants to cope with the first wrinkles; has an anti-inflammatory effect - can be used for acne. It has a pronounced brightening effect, since it blocks the production of melanin - cosmetics with vitamin C are recommended both for correcting existing age spots and for preventing the emergence of new ones. This also applies to post-acne. Also, vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and works to slow down the aging process, combats the signs of photoaging, improves the protective properties of the skin (this does not negate the importance of using SPF creams) and strengthens the epidermal barrier.

Vitamin E helps to repair damage caused by UV rays and visibly smoothes the skin's texture. It easily passes through the stratum corneum of the epidermis and does not cause irritation even in high concentration. Tocopherols are generally well tolerated.
