Description: Mediheal N.M.F Aquaring Effect Toner is a
moisturizing toner for the face. Intensively moisturizes, tightens and
nourishes the skin, gives it a fresh look. Helps smooth wrinkles. NMF (natural
moisturizing factor) is a complex complex of molecules in the stratum corneum
that is able to attract and retain moisture, provide elasticity and density to
the stratum corneum. The composition of NMF includes low molecular weight
peptides, urea, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, amino acids. With a deficiency of
the moisturizing factor, dehydration of the epidermis occurs. Sea water is an
