Directions for use: remove the mask from the packaging. Put the socks on clean, dry feet and secure with Velcro. Leave the mask for 1.5 hours. After the specified time has passed, remove your socks and rinse your feet with warm water. After about 4-7 days, the skin on your feet will begin to peel off on its own. Do not use peeling socks on damaged skin.
