Madecassoside normalizes capillary permeability and has an anti-inflammatory effect. It has an antioxidant and regenerating effect, strengthens the capillary walls and stimulates blood circulation. The active components of madecassoside are derivatives of triterpene acids (madaziative, asiatic, centoyl, centilic, etc.), triterpene saponins and vitamin C.
